The
shell, with recessed visor and air intakes,
was designed with extensive use of CAS-CAE and
CAD-CAM.
Features
improved helmet stability, increased comfort
and reduced internal noise through a new and
improved low deflector.
Technical
features include double shell construction, visor
with variable thickness, weather trims and Pin
lock fog-resistant equipment.
Retention
systems with removable chin-strap padding in
genuine leather and hypoallergenic fabric.
Shell
trim is injection molded. Removable
wind protector and breath deflector.

Nolan
patented Integrated Ventilation System increases
the aerodynamic performance because it's built
into the shell. Top
ventilation combines the direct aeration of the
two front air intakes with the JSW system, which
allows excellent inside air conditioning.
All canalizations
are hidden under the shell surface. Nolan chin-guard
ventilation carries outside air directly to
the inside surface of the visor, which reduces
fog and mist. Produced
in a "Bag Moulding" process
that uses HI-Tech carbon kevlar kural glass
fibers.
